Linguaglossa
Linguaglossa is a characteristic Etnean village, located on the north-east side of the highest active volcano in Europe. It is part of the Etna Park and it is about 45 km far from Catania, 30 km far from Taormina and 70 km far from Messina. Its territory includes marvellous places such as Pineta Ragabo and Piano Provenzana, where you can find ski resort and starting points for high-altitude excursions towards the spectacular scenery that Etna can offer you at any time of the year.
Linguaglossa's inhabited center is full of beauties to discover as well: from the centenary churches and museums where you can admire exhibitions by important artists, to the murals that color the city streets, to continue with the most varied activities you can do, such as visits to cellars and wine tasting, naturalistic excursions, etc. ..
